Discover call

We connect on a discovery call to discuss your fitness goals, medical and fitness history, and current lifestyle routine, including your sleep, diet and exercise habits.

2.
Plan delivery

After the call and discussion, I shall provide you with a detailed workout and nutrition plan, customized according to your goals, which is easy to follow. This may be modified as needed.

3.
Results and check-ins

Watch yourself become fitter and get closer to your fitness goals under my coaching. I shall provide a check-in every week, and we may make some program adjustments.
